  • Contact details, such as your first and last name, business email address, business postal address, phone number and professional title.
  • Account details such as your username and password, billing details including name and payment information. This payment information is processed by our billing partner Paddle.   • Usage information, such as information about how you use our products, the content you submit to the Services and information you provide about your own clients whilst using the Services.
  • Marketing data, including your marketing preferences and the details on how you interact with our marketing.

All information you provide must be true, complete and accurate.

Automatic collection

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. Whilst this information does not reveal your specific identity, it may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URL’s, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is only needed to maintain the Services for security and operational purposes and for the purposes of analytics and reporting.

As is fairly standard we also collect information through cookies and similar technology, our cookie policy can be found on the site you are visiting.

We ask that you provide as much specific information as you can with the request and we may also require you to confirm your identity before we are able to complete your request.

How long keep your information

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. If a longer period of retention is required or permitted by law, such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements. We will never keep your personal information for longer than three (3) months past the termination of the user’s account.

When we no longer have a legitimate reason for processing your personal information we will delete or anonymise it.

How we keep your information safe

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical security measures to keep your personal information safe. We do our best to protect your personal information however no electronic transmission over the internet can be 100% secure from hackers, cyber criminals or other unauthorised third parties. You can do your part in keeping your personal information secure by only accessing the Services within a secure environment.

We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy we may notify you either posting it on our website or contacting you directly via email.
