Agents are your help desk staff who will be replying to tickets submitted by your customers. Only agents can reply to tickets, but all other user types (staff and customers) are free and unlimited.

Yes, you can signup for a 14 day free trial with no credit card required here.

We offer both monthly and annual (paid upfront) billing options. You can manage these through the billing area of the application. All our automated subscription billing is handled by Paddle.

We support Paypal, as well as all major credit and debit cards. Your monthly invoices are available within the application, and they will be emailed to your billing email address from Paddle. If you're unable to use a credit card and would prefer to be invoiced and pay by bank transfer, we can do this for annual contracts. Contact us and we'll discuss.

Paddle are our credit card processing partner. They handle all our subscription payments, so the invoice you'll get each month and your credit card statement may reference them along with Issuebear.

Our support team are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time via our support portal (which we use the product for!).
