What's an Agent?
An agent is a support agent who answers tickets from your clients. They can see and reply to any ticket, run reports and ultimately – make your clients happy! Our billing is based on the number of agents you have.
You can have unlimited clients and users who work for those clients, and they can raise tickets and read the other tickets raised by their company.
You can also have unlimited staff user accounts, which are people who work for you that aren’t agents – like project managers or sales. They can raise tickets, and they can read tickets, but they can’t reply to ones they didn’t create.
What's a Client?
A client is a business, company or organisation you provide support for.
If you’re a SaaS software business who does B2B support, your clients are each company who uses your software.
You setup the users within that client who can log in to your support system and create and see their tickets.
How does billing work?
Billing is managed through the Settings area of the application. All our automated billing is managed by Lemon Squeezy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You’ll find your invoices in the Billing area of the application and are emailed to you every month when your card is charged.
What level of support do you offer?
Our support team are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time via email. Just email support@issuebear.com.
