Agents are help desk staff who will be replying to tickets submitted by your customers, whether those customers work for the same organization as you, for an outside organsiation, or are members of the public contacting you by form or email. Only agents can reply to tickets, but you can create as many free non-agent user accounts as you want for staff who only need to view or create them.

We offer both monthly and annual (paid upfront) billing options. You can manage these through the billing area of the application. All our subscription billing is handled by Paddle.

We support Paypal, as well as all major credit and debit cards. We don’t support bank transfers or other payment methods yet. Your monthly invoices are available within the application, and they will be emailed to your billing email address from Paddle.

Paddle are our credit card processing partner. They handle all our subscription payments, so the invoice you'll get each month and your credit card statement may reference them along with Issuebear.

Our support team are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time via our support portal (which we use the product for!).
